Our retreats are a threshold space—part sanctuary, part chrysalis—designed to interrupt the pace of everyday life and invite you into deeper listening. Here, you slow down enough to feel, sense, and remember what matters. Rooted in embodied practice, resourced by nature, and held by intentional community, these retreats create the conditions for real and lasting change.
Home Retreats
Home retreats invite you to do the work while remaining in your everyday environment. You return to your own bed, your routines, and the rhythms of your life each day. This format supports integration in real time—allowing insights, practices, and shifts to be tested immediately within the context of your actual relationships, responsibilities, and patterns. Home retreats are especially powerful for those seeking sustainable change without leaving their lives behind, and for cultivating the capacity to practice presence amidst the world as it is.
Away Retreats
Away retreats offer intentional separation from daily life. By placing yourself in a new environment, immersed in nature, you step outside familiar roles, demands, and distractions. This distance creates space for deeper rest, clearer perception, and more profound transformation. Away retreats tend to support threshold moments—grief, transition, reorientation, or rebirth—where being held in a fully immersive container allows for a more concentrated and catalytic experience.
The Mythical Body is an invitation to go beyond the veil and begin the ancient, necessary work of returning to yourself. Over the course of our time together, you will be guided through a layered journey of the myths that have shaped us and the medicine waiting on the other side. Join movement educator, author, and activist Kerri Kelly for a week-long immersion or recovering ourselves and re-weaving the story of who we are and what is possible.
SOL is a transformative incubator for creators, changemakers, and visionaries ready to root their work in clarity, embodiment, and intentional design. This monthly long experience weaves together somatic movement, morning pages (inspired by The Artist’s Way), and intuitive design tools to support the full arc of creative emergence—from ideation to integration.

Shadow work is the practice of facing the parts of ourselves we often exile: our grief, our rage, our longing, our shame, our power. These are the energies that dominant culture teaches us to suppress. But what we repress does not disappear—it shapes us from the dark. SHADOW is a fall ritual intensive designed to guide our journey into the depths of our shadows - naming, honoring, and integrating what has been cast aside so we can claim these disowned parts as sources of wisdom and aliveness.

EMERGE is designed as a threshold space—part sanctuary, part chrysalis—where you get to slow down, listen deeply and prepare for the year ahead with power and precision. Over the five days that lead us into the new year, you will receive daily movement practices, provocative journaling prompts, visioning tools and resources and LIVE community calls with Kerri to support and workshop whatever is in the way of our fullest expression.

Retreats to Return
An invitation to step away from our daily routines into an immersive and sacred container designed to heal old wounds, disrupt toxic patterns and inspire new ways of being, doing and relating. Away retreats offer deeper rest, clarity and transformation towards personal and collective liberation.
True healing calls us to unpack and unlearn all that we’ve accumulated along the way: limiting beliefs, habitual patterns, negative thoughts – so that we can break down the barriers and breakthrough to freedom. Desert Detox is a radical and embodied inquiry into what’s holding us back and what’s needed for us to step into our greatest potential. Set in Joshua Tree, CA, the Detox Retreat is an invitation to return to the land and come home to yourself. Throughout a long weekend, cradled by nature and nourished by plant-based food, we will slow down, untangle ourselves from old patterns, and recalibrate with who we are and what we are here to do.
Stay tuned!
Where movement meets mythology, and new worlds take shape. Join us for an embodied journey into the stories that shape us. From ancient mythologies to the narratives of dominant culture, our bodies have been inscribed with tales of who we should be, how we should move, and what we should believe. In this workshop, we’ll move, breathe, and inquire together to uncover the myths we’ve inherited, notice how they live in our flesh, and practice loosening their hold. Through ritual and embodied play, we’ll compost the stories that confine us and begin to imagine and embody new stories of liberation. Come curious, come tender, come ready to move into the possibility of freedom.
