Kerri Kelly /SOL: Summer Coaching Series

A CREATIVE GROUND FOR CHANGE.

SOL is an incubator for creators and changemakers ready to root their work in clarity, embodiment, and intentional design. This month-long intensive weaves together personal coaching, somatic movement, morning pages, and intuitive design tools to support the full arc of creative emergence — from ideation to integration.

Rooted in courage, truth, and imagination, SOL is a brave space for artists who want to make trouble, tell the whole story, and create work that refuses to comply.

Whether you're birthing a new project, recovering lost art, refining your voice, or designing a whole new way of living and working — SOL offers a fertile, supported space to make the invisible visible and the imagined real.

July 1–29, 2026. Cohort limited.

WHAT YOU GET

This 4-week incubator is packed with resources and support to accompany you in whatever you are birthing. Movement practices will support participants in re-sensitizing to the somatic knowledge that is often suppressed by modern habits of disembodiment and control. Morning pages will serve as a ritual of un-numbing—where unconscious scripts and inherited desires can surface and be held with curiosity. Design work, approached not as problem-solving but as a relational act of co-creation, will invite a shift from mastery to humility, from production to presence.

WHO ITS FOR

This program is for artists, activists, doers and makers…anyone who is in a process of creating, launching, imagining, and becoming.

  • Are you prioritizing everything else before YOUR work?

  • Are you inspired but don't know where to start?

  • Are you stuck in the cycle of trying to get it right/perfect?

  • Are you waiting for permission to step into your full power/potential?

  • Are you hiding behind urgency?

  • Are you obsessively planning, tweaking, critiquing?

  • Are you tired of holding your art back for fear of judgment?

TO LEAP IS TO LEAVE THE SAFETY OF WHAT YOU KNOW and move towards more creativity, expanded possibilities and different futures. SOL is not just an incubator but a journey through navigating unworthiness, designing for the wild unknown, making imperfect art and creating new worlds. Here are the weekly themes for our journey:

  • LEAP: Permission to create.

  • AIM: Design for connection.

  • ACT: Make art despite everything.

  • GROW: Nourish your art.
